  • Food and water safety plan
  • Travel insurance and emergency contacts
  • Copies of prescriptions and IDs

During Travel

  • Hydration plan
  • Safe food and water choices
  • Insect protection
  • Know when to seek care locally

After Travel

  • Monitor for fever or illness
  • If you don't have a test result, obtain COVID/flu tests from local convenience stores with delivery or pickup options
  • Book a post travel visit if symptoms occur
